How many people can ride the pedal party?
10 people can ride on the party bike, 8 people pedaling and a bench seat for 2 in the back.
What about helmets?
Yep, we can provide any or all passengers with a bike helmet. It is not required to ride, but it is available. You can choose to use or not use helmets when you sign the waiver.
Can we bring alcohol on board?
No, due to Sumter and Lake county open container laws, alcoholic beverages are not allowed on board. However, we would be happy to bike you around to all of your favorite bars and restaurants.
Can we bring food?
You can certainly bring snacks, but there is no room for coolers or large items. Also, your food will be left on board while we are at stops, so it is at your own risk. It's only a couple of hours, I promise you won't starve to death!
I hear it is always sunny in Florida, but what if it rains?
We are happy to reschedule your party if it is raining. If it rains during the ride, we will stop and wait it out!
How do I pay?
All rentals are paid for at the time of booking. No reservation is confirmed until payment in full is made. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We do not accept cash, or checks for reservations.
What if I need to cancel, or reschedule?
You may cancel 30, or more days in advance and receive a full refund. Cancellations 10-29 days prior may receive a 50% refund, OR a rain check. All cancellations less than 10 days in advance are charged in full and no rain check is provided.
Is it appropriate to tip our driver and tour guide?
Our folks love to feel appreciated! Applause is always welcome, however that doesn’t pay the rent. While tipping is never required our folks provide a great time and keep you all safe. A 20% gratuity is always appreciated.
